We are hosting a Toy Drive in support of Early Childhood Mental Health Program, benefitting kids aged 0-8. Please bring in a new, unwrapped toy beginning Thursday, November 20th through Thursday, December 11th.

If you are unable to make it in for our Toy Drive, you can donate directly here.

Christmas Tree Lot Grand Opening

Join us this Saturday, November 22nd at our festive Christmas tree lot!

Shop our fresh cut Christmas trees from 2 to 10 feet tall while sipping complimentary hot apple cider. We will also have a fun kids activity from 9-11:00AM — come decorate your very own ornament.

And look out — there may be a Grinch sighting as he sneaks through the tree lot!

New this year, with every fresh cut Christmas tree purchase you will receive a coupon for 20% off any 1 ornament from either the Holiday Shop or the Gift House.

Food Drive

Help support those in our community in need!

We will be hosting a food drive in support of Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano County. starting November 13th - Monday, the 17th. If you are unable to make it in for our Food Drive, you can donate here directly. And thank you to all who donated in our last Food Drive, we had a total of 633 pounds of donations!

Please no food in glass containers and check expiration labels.

What kind of food is needed?

We recommend donating healthy, nonperishable food that you would like to eat! Here’s a list of our most needed items:

  • Nut butters (peanut, almond)

  • Jam/jelly/honey

  • Canned tuna and chicken (in water)

  • Boxed macaroni and cheese

  • Shelf-stable milk

  • Applesauce 

  • Beans/lentils (dry or canned)

  • Rice 

  • Whole grain cereals/crackers

  • Oat/oatmeal/farina

  • Whole wheat/grain pasta

  • Canned soups/vegetables/tomato products (low sodium, easy open)

  • Canned fruits (in juice)

  • 100% Fruit juice (cartons or small boxes only)

  • Nonperishable ready-to-eat meals: chili, ravioli, meats, etc. (low sodium)

Holiday Food List (no glass, please!):

  • Macaroni noodles 

  • Mashed potato flakes

  • Gravy mix (powdered)

  • Canned sweet potatoes

  • Canned green beans

  • Canned pumpkin

  • Cream of mushroom soup

  • Cranberry sauce

  • Stuffing mix

  • Pinto beans (dry)

  • Masa

  • Cornbread mix

  • Cornhusks

  • Flour

  • Cooking oil 

  • Cinnamon (ground)

  • Scalloped potato (boxed)

Please note: The Food Bank cannot accept glass containers, food one year past its ‘best by’ date, open or partially-used products, alcohol, food without nutrition labels, or any frozen/refrigerated foods.

Buy the pot and the succulents, and the soil and keeper stopper is on us!

Our Succulent Potting Bar will be open daily 9AM-1PM starting Thursday, July 17th - Monday the 21st where we will be on-hand to show you how to arrange and plant your succulents for a gorgeous container garden.


*Pot and plant must be purchased same-day to be eligible for potting event. Free potting soil is limited to succulent plants and containers measuring 12” in diameter and smaller. Some exclusions may apply. Event-made items are final sale.
