Harvest Festival

We are saddened to announce that our annual Harvest Festival is cancelled this year due to COVID-19.

Our October Harvest Fest has always been a community gathering of local makers and musicians, families and pets, and of course, our farm animals! All October long the nursery becomes a-buzz with activities, games and weekly (or sometimes daily) visits with our goats and sheep and chickens! We love the energy around Harvest Festival, many on staff will tell you it is their favorite time of year.

But right now, our biggest priority is the safety of both our customers and staff. So this year, due to COVID-19, we will unfortunately not be hosting our local makers, musicians or farm animals. We also will not have our selection of locally-grown apples.

We however, are happy to announce that we will have our "pumpkin patch" brimming with our enormous selection of pumpkins and gourds!

We are extremely grateful for the understanding and support of everyone who makes our Harvest Festival one of our favorite times of the year!

Fall is for Planting

For this year, we have shifted our focus to all you budding green thumbs out there!

Fall is the absolute best time to plant your trees, shrubs and many perennials for a burst of spring growth! Fall is California's second spring and before the cool weather of winter drives you inside, get your plants in the ground now so Mother Nature can assist!

We'll be posting DIY videos on our Instagram @orchardnursery and Facebook to help give you the tools and teachings for your garden to thrive! Be sure to subscribe to our weekly newsletter for more!

We hope that come next year, we will be able to resume our fall tradition! In the meantime, stay safe everyone and stay tuned for the opening of our...

Christmas Shop

Our Christmas Shop will look a little bit different from years past but we are hard at work to bring you a one-of-a-kind Christmas shopping experience with our store purposefully displayed to allow for social distancing.

We are looking forward to our Christmas Shop opening late October, early November.

Regarding our annual Pictures with Santa, in order to keep Santa Claus as healthy as possible for his big night, we have had to cancel our event with him. Though we're sure he'll make up for it come December 24th 😉!
