PLANT RETURN POLICY

Plants may be returned within 30 days for a full refund with proof of purchase if they are in good condition.

• No returns on special orders, holiday or sale items.

• For dead or dying plants, please see Plant Warranty.

PLANT WARRANTY

Perennials, shrubs and trees, size one gallon and larger have a one-year warranty. Houseplants have a 30-day warranty.

• We ask that you bring the plant back with proof of purchase so we can trouble-shoot the problem.

• We do not offer money back on dead plant returns: replacement or store credit only.

• We do not guarantee plants that have died or been damaged by acts of nature (i.e. frost, gophers, deer) or lack of water.
